PBS is shilling again, but i did hear on the BS NewsHour one of the alt-Right asses explaining how the death and the auto running down the crowd were accidents provoked by opponents of the White Trash Rally threatening violence. Oy!

Ah, Vixmom! What a disaster! It reminds me of the situation before my first eye surgery. It took a full TWO WEEKS to obtain three prescriptions for eye drops. One blunder after another, just like your had.

I would suggest looking for another pharmacy. I stopped doing business with CVS long ago. The employees were rude and unhelpful beyond words. Of course, it varies from store to store.

As to why there is so much incompetence these days, my view is that (1) they hire untrained staff so they don't have to pay them much, (2) they often don't give them sufficient training, so the employee is as frustrated as their customers, (3) the employees feel no loyalty--why should they when they're treated badly?--so they leave as soon as they can find something else. And the cycle goes on. Will more automation help? Maybe. I'd rather have good customer service from a human, myself.

Magnesium also comes to mind. I use a magnesium gel (also comes as an oil) that I can rub on sore muscles when they tighten up. Available on Amazon.

I am shocked and horrified at DR VIXMOM's story......my mother has her prescriptions at CVS and has had a couple of similar - but not nearly as terrible - stories.

I have my prescriptions at Walgreen's and have to say I have not had any problems except the one time the technician at the hospital sent in my order a few days early......

The dr is fine , it's th new woman in the office. We've had this doctor for 23 years and I credit him with saving Vixdad's life then

The CVS takes our insurance , the pharmacy is open 24 hours and it's a block away. When I need to do this in 90 days I'll start at 80 days.

Went to see Lady Macbeth, a wonderful film version of Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk. I don't know the opera also based on the book but I want to see it now.

PBS is again on its every whim schedule of begging for money. So, there's nothing on but the crap they roll out thinking it will entice viewers. I am watching the Kirk Douglas-Burt Lancaster film of Shaw's The Devil's Disciple, which I've not seen in 40 years or more.
