Nope, potatoes,  red pepper, spinach, & green onions.  I think there was a little cheese.  It was yummy and I have a little leftover for tomorrow.   I also had cauliflower cheddar soup and a small fresh fruit cup.

After the board meeting tonight, a couple if people and I went to a local Korean restaurant and several of the dishes listed "chicken tofu" and "beef tofu" options.  And we all thought, really?
