I have started reading John Dos Passos' USA. There's a scene where our young hero has encountered something particularly nice, which prompts him to say something that reminded me of all these feline posts today:

"It's the cat's nuts."

I don't really think I've heard that phrase before.

Listening to some Rachmaninov. I still won't have time to finish off this CD tonight. But I will at least finish the Rachmaninov.

Neve looks like she has a bit of attitude   When will you be taking her?

Possibly this weekend.  It depends if I can get MY house decluttered enough, so we'll see.

DR George, look at the wall behind me.  Annabelle navigates my clutter very well.

Your clutter looks organized and at least it's on shelves.  My clutter is all over my floor.

Bosco was the cat that liked to chew on paper, something she began doing after watching the gerbils shred paper to make nests.

I have been spending less and less time on Facebook.

Basically, now I only go on if I get an email telling me I have a message on FB.

Even then, I go in and read the message, answer it, and then sign out.

My friend's brother passed away last Friday.  She posted the news on Facebook.

I, of course, didn't see the post and I knew nothing about it until she called me this evening.

I feel horrible that I haven't been there for her.

My niece said that Neve has been an indoor/outdoor cat.  Ebonie was indoor only.  My little back yard has been weed whacked, so I think I could let Neve out there every once in a while.
