Decided on BLADE RUNNER, which is good but feels almost excessively long.  And I love long movies.  But I was also very tired.

After my checkup I told Catherine who works the front desk   Well I have good news and bad news....  The good news is I received an all clear and have been promoted from 6 month check ups to yearly checkups

I ushered the local arts awards tonight. Interesting show. Jesse Borrego, who used to be on Fame, was the host. Great music. One of the honorees was the poet Carmen Tafolla. A local actress read some of her work. Really good.
