Sunday afternoon greetings!  I accompanied Fr. Richard to church today because he assisted in the service and delivered the sermon.  As you know, I often stay home alone on Sunday mornings and I'm very glad I did not today.  Apparently, at 11:40am one of our backyard trees cracked in two and fell into our neighbor's yard.  It knocked down part of her fence and terrified her dogs.  Fortunately we have the same homeowners insurance company and Richard will contact them first thing tomorrow.  We'll also have to have the tree removed  :'(

:o A coworker had a very heavy branch fall on part of her house when she and her husband were away.  It did some damage, but fortunately the whole tree didn't fall on it.

We have to make another $600 or 700 to cover fees.  Then if we can make another 7 to 10 grand I think we can do a cast album - minimally I can record it live and make that recording ONLY available to Indiegogo folks.

PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, this is rather sickening.  Page THREE?  I'm slaving over hot notes and I return to find page THREE?  This will not do, oh no, this will NOT do.  Where is dear reader Jane, where is elmore, where is George and TCB and our other motley crew?

I was at my sister's most of the afternoon, then I went to a place called Dickey's for lunch.  I didn't care for it.

When I got home, I started to do some laundry.  I needed to wash all my bedding and blankets.

While that was happening, I organized some more boxes and moved some things off my stairs that I shouldn't have put there in the first place, but I did...and they'd been for a few years. ::)

And now, I'm copying the first of three She Loves Me DVDs.  I'll only get this one done tonight, but I'll mail them all at at the same time.

Tomorrow night, I'm auditioning for Olympia Little Theatre's production of Communicating Doors.  I don't know much about the play, but there's a character in my age range.  Good enough for me!

When Joshie died I looked on a local shelter's website. They had a cow cat that was on their page then that just disappeared last week. I'm glad she got adopted. She waited a long time. Sometimes I felt like I just wanted to go get her.

My niece had been volunteering at a no-kill shelter several years ago, and I think she said that this one particular cat had been there for a couple of years and no one had adopted him.  My niece finally talked my parents into adopting him and now they treat Henry (my niece named him after Henry Fonda) better they even treat my niece! :D

I just wondered because everyone seemed to really like Kyra Sedgwick in her last series.

George, did you see OLT's ALL THE KING'S WOMEN?

No.  I wanted to, but there were three, count 'em, THREE shows whose last performances were today, and I had to help my sister move furniture.  She needed to get some things done so that she would have time to help Larry get home and settled after being in the hospital for so long.  I didn't make the time to go to any of them.  Oh, well.  There will always be another show to see....eventually. ::)

I usually like her.  The reviews weren't great on this.  We still might watch it eventually.

Just today's performance, or the show itself?

Oh.  That's too bad.  I know Silent Sky got practically love letters from everyone who saw it, and I think quite a few people were expecting OLT's whole season to be that special. :-\
