Did my photo not show up on Page 2?

It won't show because Photobucket changed their hot-linking (3rd party hosting) policy.  "The free account does not allow any image linking or 3rd party image hosting."  You now have to have their:

"Plus 500 Plan: 502 GB of Storage and unlimited bandwidth for $399.99 / Year. The Plus 500 Plan [is the only plan that] allows for unlimited image linking and unlimited 3rd party image hosting."

Photobucket is telling me that if I want third party photo sharing, it will cost me $399.00 per year.  But these are my photos!

You can continue to load your photos to Photobucket and send links to people for them to download, but you (and the HHW account users) can't post photo links to any website the way we've been doing for all these years!

No.  I've pretty much stopped using Photobucket.  I have an app on my phone that can resize photos if they're too large a file size (192KB) to post through HHW's "Attachments and other options" link when you preview a post.  Otherwise, I only hot-link from existing photos already on the Internet.
