I haven't made a meatloaf in so long I don't remember how much of an effect the tomato sauce or ketchup has.

Here's what I do know:  I could eat a pound of meatloaf right now.  Does that help?

Good morning. My daughter and I returned from a whirlwind trip to Disneyland last night. We spent three very full days away from reality. Five, when you consider we didn't take computers with us or watch tv in the motel.

It is so much more fun since she tried the roller coasters and LOVES them. We rode them several times. My fitbit recorded over 30,000 steps each day.

The men's free skate was most excellent last night.....Nathan Chen rose from 17th place to 1st place where he stayed for quite awhile....he ended up in 5th place which is still quite an accomplishment.  Looking at the numbers, if he had had a good short skate, he would have probably had a medal.

I got tired of waiting, so I found the year of passing for 13 of my 27 classmates who have shuffled off the mortal coil.....I can begin making the slides for the presentation anyway.....

Are you sure a few of them didn't just go to Buffalo, DR Jrand67?   :)

My sister and my niece are supposed to go to Eastern Washington to visit my great nephew.  The weather people are predicting 1 to 2 feet of snow in the passes during the next 24 hours.  Hopefully, they will change their minds about going.

I enjoyed them, as well.  I thought Nathan Chen was awesome.  I was glad the Chinese skater (with the questionable high score) didn't get a medal.

I just got back from picking up a prescription at Cat Clinic, picking up a gift card for a birthday this week, and picking up seven (7) items I needed at the supermarket.  That last was insane.  People haven't panic-shopped in a while, and they were tearing the place apart like this was supposed to be the Blizzard o' the Millenium.  Or like the Russians were in Jersey.  (Time to bring that one back, I guess.)  It was totally laughable.

I used to make a really good pizza meatloaf.  I put pepperoni, sliced olives, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese in it.

I was going to suggest that Jane could make it and leave out the pepperoni; but, I guess, she would also have to leave the meat out of the loaf.

I guess when you go to Disneyland, there is nothing "little" about it.

Annabelle and I have made two tours of the building today.  When she decides she's had enough, she comes to me, climbs my leg, and I pick her up and carry her home.  She purrs and chirps all the way back.  I'm starting to think the trip back is why she wants to go out.

Thatch is curious about the outside world, but he's so skittish and dislikes being held that I'm afraid I'd never get him home.

:o Yikes!  Good luck in trying to convince them not to go, Tom!

I need to feed my cat, take a shower, feed myself, get dressed, go in to work for a bit (not to work, I want to scan a score), then pick up my niece and go to my parents' for our weekly family dinner.  My sister has other plans, so she won't be there, but we'll have food and fun and Phase 10 will be played. :D

Be back later!

I’ve decided to make two loaves tomorrow, one with and the other without the tomato sauce.
