Good news DR ELMORE.....vibes for Grand Hotel Success!
If this Encores! production of Grand Hotel plays as well this weekend as it did this afternoon, it will be a big success since it was one of the most polished rehearsals I've attended.  Given my Encores! experience and how the productions improve during the run, I believe that by Saturday it will be positively overpowering.  It's already one of the most moving productions I've seen there.  The cast is quite fine - James Snyder's "Roses At The Station" made me weep - and the set is wonderful.  I have much admiration for the smooth direction and Rob Berman's fine music direction for the cast and orchestra.

This is wonderful.

Today was another Dental Day for me. Three hours in the dental chair. Aside from having to return in 3 weeks for my two new crowns, the second root canal is now done. Yay! I stopped at the little bakery for a couple of their mini pies, but am still too numb to eat.

Yay!  Now quick healing vibes!

Vixmom, vitamin B12 is often recommended to vegetarians, as it's difficult to obtain enough of it solely from vegetable sources. Some doctors give it by injection to those wishing more energy. But, actually, all the B vitamins are helpful for energy and all are depleted by stress. I think taking B complex is a better choice.

There are many on the market. I like Life Extension's Complete B Complex. It's a good product and at $8 (with member's discount) is a very good value. I also like Rainbow Light's two B complex products: Energy B Complex and Complete B Complex. They're more expensive, but both contain additional nutrients. If more energy is your concern, try the Energy B Complex.

B vitamins are water-soluble. They are used immediately by the body--not stored--and any excess is excreted in the urine, so taking too much isn't likely. That also means they're needed daily.

Whole grains are a good source of B vitamins.

If exercising/perspiring, I suggest taking them after vs before.

You can request your doctor check your vitamin B levels.

Thank you .  I have been seeing online articles (so heaven knows how reliable those are) listing a series of issues that be caused by lack of B12.... Coincidently I have been experiencing all of the listed issues

Today was a beautiful spring day and fortunately I was able to get out for a couple of nice walks.  I did about 4 miles this morning after Keith dropped me off downtown to pick up my contacts.  He waited to keep them in the car so I could walk home with my hands free.

In the afternoon we went for another 4+ mile walk.

I am reading incredibly slow these days, at least for the last 3 books anyway.  Three days of reading my current book and I am only 60% through it, plus I am anxious to read GEE and would gladly switch books.  I have one problem though, I am waiting for my Monday book discussion book to check out from the eBook library.  I am next in the queue.  It is over 400 pages and I need to get started on it yet I am so close to checking it out I hate to buy it.

I hope DR DRUXY and DR JOHN G are not close to the bombings that are happening in their proximity.....or am I geographically confused?

Austin & near San Antonio.  I am not sure where "near" actually is.

No. It's where we are.

After a grueling/Vixmom-like day of work today, i finally made it to Joy's house. If I had been 10 minutes earlier, I couldn't have made it to her house. Her husband told me that the next door neighbor found an unknown package on the doorstep and the police blocked off the area for three hours. It wasn't anything, but it was scary.

Then I came home to find a strange package on the doorstep. Turned out to be bird food, which was supposed to arrive in an Amazon box. This did not.

Jane- thanks for finding that!

Maybe it can be called Easter Fool's Day?

Did you call anyone before opening it?

(It would have worried me a bit before opening it.  I don't even care for envelopes with no return address.)

And now, I'm off to Red Robin!  They're having a special when you buy a burger or large salad and two drinks, you get a Red Robin Doubles burger for free!  My friend Margo and I go and split the cost. :D

Be back later!

I googled the return address on my phone. It was something like ablackhorse.com. Never heard of it.
