I'm back from a regular checkup at the dermatologist, who zapped one spot for me and that's it for another six months.

Very good, only one spot, that hasn't happened for me in a long while.

An example, for anyone who may have it, is Kino's Blu-ray of ONE TWO THREE. There's exactly zero black in it, only a sea of grays and whites. Now for all I know, maybe that's the way the movie looked, but I very much doubt it. And it's not the only Kino release to exhibit that quality.

Before I fell asleep TCB I did read your doctor does not know why you have been feeling unwell. (I had to type unwell as autocorrect will not type I'll, this last word with a lower case I and without the apostrophe)

I hope getting your potassium levels up and fixing the anemia problem will help you feel better.

I wish I remembered the name of the book I was adamant you read.  You had other friends tell you the same thing.  Without the name I can't ask if you ever read it ;D

Did you recommend it to me here or through goodreads?  I don't usually look too much at the recommendations I get through goodreads as I get tons of recommendations from people I don't know personally.  To me 3.5 stars is just average. I only recommend books that are 4.5 or 5 stars. :)

Working on a few ANNIE and Reunion related items today....soon at least the Reunion will be a thing of the past....I took my jacket to the cleaners today to be pressed and I bought a new shirt - so I guess I'm ready.

I guess the Cronkite show was Eyewitness to History.....but mostly during it, we were drinking Pepsi and discussing the TZ episode.  :D

"Beloved John G" sounds like it could work to tune of "Sloop John B" - of you fudge the scanning a bit

This is the worst trip I’ve ever been on.

My nephew Herman was featured soloist with an orchestra for the first time last night. He performed Mozart’s Third Concerto for Horn with the University of Kentucky Philharmonia. Name listed on the poster. My sister Annaliese says he was nervous but performed well.

Before I went to bed last night, I saw an obit for Barbara Bush. I guess that was a mistake.

DR TCB, will physical therapy help your atrophying leg?  I'm hoping!

No, I am just going to start using my walker all the time around the apartment which should help strengthen it.

Do you have a plan to get your levels up aside from adding high potassium foods to your diet?

DR JohnG, is your nephew aiming for a professional musician's career?

He’s a sophomore in college with a dual major in performance and music education. He said several years ago that he was more interested in the education half, but I think he likes performing more now. At least now that he’s been given these opportunities.

I was going to go out to eat, but packages haven't arrived so I made tuna sandwiches and will start another set of liner notes.

Around 4:00am I got up to use the bathroom and stepped into a pile of cat vomit on one of the litter mats.  I have no idea which one is responsible, but I suspect Thatch, since he eats anything and continuously.  When I empty the litter this morning, I'll scrub the mat.

Larry, cats vomit...and somewhat regularly.  It doesn't necessarily mean that they're sick.  I don't worry about my cat vomiting because I know it'll happen again, and again, and again, ad nauseum (literally). ;)
