DR Ginny, pain free vibes for your knee.  What did the doctor prescribe besides ice?

Thanks, DR Jane.  An anti-inflammatory called Meloxicam.  Also rest and avoiding stairs.

Take care of your stomach.   Anti-inflammatory meds is how I got IBS.

Thanks, Nurse Jane!  It’s a very low dose and short-term.

If you want your third to go to your estate rather than automatically   to your brothers then you must hold the property as Tenant in Common.   If you hold it aS joint tenants with right of survivirship hey'll get it all and whoever lives, longest gets the whole thing

Then I ordered a new cap.  The one I usually wear has gone the way of all flesh.

R.I.P. Larry's cap. :(

The owners of 13 year-old Elvin brought home an identical kitten, Minnie, who's now his best friend.  They are so cute.

VERY cute!!

DR vixmom, my attorney looked over the deed and sent me this:
And the deed says, "tenants in common"

So your interest passes to your estate, whether in kind or in cash.

I think the Ohio attorney is preparing a document that would by law pass your brother's interest directly to his spouse.

You don't need or want that.

TOD:

I’m sure more will come to mind

Carolyn Leigh
Fran Landesman

Does Bart Howard qualify?

Didn't Carolyn Leigh write "Hey Overlook Me?"  (Bad joke!)  She'll certainly always be remembered for (possibly an urban legend) being angry at what her co-writers were doing in out of town rehearsals, running out of the theatre, and coming back with a cop, telling him to arrest these people, they were violating her Dramatist Guild rights.

There was a show tried out of Fran Landesman's songs in the mid-1990's at The Supper Club (might have been in the Edison).  Anita Gillette was in it.  It was directed by Susan H. Schulman.  Jujamcyn was involved, because of Rocco Landesman then being the head of Jujamcyn.  It was excellent, but IIRC never caught on in ticket sales, despite how good it was - and that can be a challenge.

Bart Howard was more a "one hit wonder" - but what a hit!  I got to speak to his sister when I was trying to get the family's Ok to have one of my videos be an "authorized" parody of Fly Me To The Moon, but his sister was too under the weather to deal with it at the time.

I got an email from someone in the building, saying that someone involved with the current My Fair Lady who (of course) knows Diana Rigg thinks she will get a kick out of the tribute video, so he sent it to her!

Elvin and Minnie look like tenants in common.

In addition to Fly Me to the Moon, he wrote the wonderful Let Me Love You, which Dinah Washington gave her usual sass and flair. Lovely song.
