Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

Your dream sounds better than mine, Elmore. I dreamed I had a kidney stone.

We went to an Italian restaurant with a great bar tender.  Keith had a superb Manhattan while I had a very good Old Fashioned.

Keith's pasta was undercooked and not very good.  I had too much spinach spaghetti in a creamy sauce so he shared mine.

My past and present feel really undercooked.

Thatch's heart medication was just delivered, so all of my concerns for today are off my back.

Thursday afternoon greetings!  After breakfast we went for a walk along the riverfront to see the Ohio/Tennessee confluence, then for a visit to the National Quilt Museum.  Lunch at Kirchhoff’s Deli and we brought home enough to have for dinner later.  Back in our room, escaping the humidity and watching a storm roll in over the river.

It's stormy in Northern Virginia.   The thunder is quite loud at this moment.

Watching an episode of "Alfred Hitchcock Presents."  I think it's better than most of what's on these days.

DR Laura, Thatch is now sleeping through the night with me.  When I get up to use the bathroom, he follows me there and then runs ahead of me to jump back into bed.

How cute!
