Well, you've read the notes, the notes were privately private and read, and now it is time for you to post until the privately private cows come home.

Well, today is going to be a day.  I agreed to work consessions at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts for Studio West Dance Academy's All School Spring Showcase 2018.  I'll need to get there by 9:15 a.m.! :P Normally, I would NEVER want to volunteer that early on a weekend morning, but they were really desperate for volunteers, so I decided to bite the bullet and sign up.  Fortunately, that shift ends at 12:45 p.m., which gives me enough time to get to the theater for Cinder Edna.  Then, after the show, we have our cast party at the director's house.

Dreadful night of sleep, and the cats started checking on me around 5:15 to be sure I could feed them this morning.  I wanted to murder them.

I have to leave here around 9:00 to go to City Center.  Joshie and I are going to score a bumber for Monday's Irish Rep gala.

I have to tidy, make the bed, and clean the litter before I go.

Did Stan's have one with peanut butter but no chocolate? I seem to remember the peanut butter more when I think of theirs.

Seeing the closing performance of YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN tonight at one of the local theaters. They've sold out every show and gotten nothing but raves from everyone. We shall see. I really like the director, though I've never worked with her. This is in the 110-seat house where we did I DO! I DO!

TCB, were you serious about needing the first row?  Or is that where the appropriate seats would be?

Hope all stays well.  Of course, if it turns out you feel in advance it's too long of a day for you,  you could join us for the day (and dinner?) at least. (there are still 3 more weeks to see the show)   It wouldn't be a "Seattle HHW event" without you.

Later edit:  Oh, I'd missed that July 14 / June 14 was a joke, too.

Looks like they started putting up the cast bios last night.  Interesting that the actress playing Elaine (a part we invented, not in the film, a busybody neighbor on Earth in the Ethel Mertz butting-in mode, who also plays the Manzar, the most evil alien in space] has played both Evita (in Evita) and Ti Moune (in Once On This Island).   I wouldn't normally think of Evita and Ti Moune from the same actress.

TCB, interesting that you say the theater looks like a lecture hall.  Does it sometimes get used as other than a theatre?

The Paper Mill in New Jersey, for example, is often described as looking like a school auditorium.

I'll be at my cousin's wedding (the younger generation, my cousin the groom is 30-something) out of town this weekend, so pretty soon I'll be E&T and unable to post until Sunday afternoon.  I'm told it will only be between 50 and 60 people.

We had dinner with the delightful happy couple here in NY last weekend, so Skip got to spend time with them then, though he's not going to the wedding.

More rain in the forecast.  That's been true just about every day for the last 10 days or so.

I am not sure.  Maybe he changed them around.  I only recall chocolate.

Jane, if you find any Seattle hotel deals, could you PM me?

I will mention it to Keith in case he does the booking.  I was thinking Redmond near the theater.  I will have to look more closely at our location options.

Maybe all the high prices around the theater in Redmond are due to people flying in to see the show.  :)

I didn't notice either.  I read it late last night.  I've been missing things lately, like the Impossible Burger, which was really important.
