I am reading "When Falcons Fall" by C.S. Harris.  It is the 11th book in the Sebastian St Cyr series.

Oh, yeah, the Tony Awards bash is tonight - I forgot since I don't have any TV and won't be able to watch so I will expect full and complete reports right here.

I wish I could sleep in.  Today is the Olympia's Capital City Pride.  My sister needs me at 9:00 am :o to help put up the tent for the PFLAG booth.  I'll stay for a while, and might walk in the parade.  The whole event supposed to end at 6:00 pm (or maybe 5:00...sources vary), so I plan on being home before the left coast broadcast of the Tony Awards at 8:00.

Well, I need to go to sleep now so that I can get my butt outta bed early enough, not just to go downtown, but to find a parking place!  It's gonna be a madhouse...a very festive madhouse...but definitely a madhouse. ;)

Good night and have a good day, all!

HA!
Today is our matinee.....sold out.  Doing the show twice in less than 24 hours is always a lot of fun....although I don't think theater is a DAYTIME activity.

The show as very good last night.  Bryson and I shortened our Curtain Speech, we got big laughs, and set the night off to a good start....we shall do the same today....

Good luck with your Tony Award, JRAND. What category would you like to win in?

If I end up being E&T this evening, it's because I'm involved in preparations for workers tomorrow morning. I'll have the TV on, but I apologize profusely, in advance, for possible absence.

Marine Brent from the Staircase Case....is a friend of mine.  We did a couple of shows at the Phoenix Theatre and attended many parties together.

He enjoys talking about the case and his "celebrity" in it....he was also a Showcase Winner on The Price Is Right....wearing his uniform...

I don't know if he is featured in any of the NEW material, but I am sure if he was asked, he was there!

Nice guy....but not exactly....trustworthy.  He is now the partner of a very wealthy man with whom he lives in the Carolinas.....

You could add to the mystique and the legend, DR JRand67, by pulling a Brando or a George C. Scott and not even show up.

Just an idea.

I fed the cats and went back to bed.  Annabelle lay beside me for a while, Thatch jumped on and off, settling in for a minute and then jumping off the bed to wreak havoc in the apartment.  Around 9:45 I decided to get out of bed.

Here's a good report of the full story of Mousey and his getting back to his family.  My report for HHW was condensed:

Speaking of Staircases (we were, weren't we?), once again:  [Ok in the 1980s, don't try this scene today]

I'll never know what made it so uplifting
