T.O.D.
Desert movies?
Not an easy question, since I don't usually classify movies as "desert" movies or "ocean" movies or the like.
The first one that comes to mind is
SAHARA w/Humphrey Bogart.
I also think that
THE LAST POSSE with Broderick Crawford is a terrific, little-know Western.
LAWRENCE OF ARABIA is, of course, a classic
I guess
BEAU GESTE with Gary Cooper would be a desert movie. It's entertaining; not a particular favorite of mine.
And, since I have to come up with five, there's
OUTPOST IN MOROCCO with George Raft. It's a lousy, low budget film that I've seen once...
if I watched the whole thing through.
Actually, I am not a fan of "desert movies". They make me thirsty and want to take a shower when they are over.
