Well, the family is getting together toay for our weekly get-together family dinner. It'll be at my sister's this time. She wants me to bring some diet Pepsi and diet Dr. Pepper. I actually have the Dr. Pepper, so I only need to get diet Pepsi. She also wants me to come over early to put up the other two light fixtures on the front of her house. That's easy to do. So, I'm off.

Back from banking. One of the few times at my usual bank where there's been a ridiculously long line. Twenty minutes wait, mostly due to people who don't have the ability to do simple banking. My transaction took exactly one minute, start to finish.

I hate people doing Halloween and Christmas things this early. But somehow I didn't mind when I saw the limited edition holiday peppermint ice cream in the market. And yes, I bought some.

I was planning on making shrimp deviled eggs for a Labor Day dinner tomorrow. But the lobster was actually less than the shrimp, so we'll have to settle for lobster deviled eggs.

If you get to rehearsal a few minutes early and introduce yourself to the choreographer....and talk a bit....then later when he is doing the big finale number and there are not many guys there....he will ask the director if he can put you in the number...and the director will say yes....and just like that....you get to dance in the finale....and it is a fun number.....

Val stoped by this afternoon to say hello and visit the cats. He looked great, and it was good to see him. I think he's happy with his new job. Annabelle really loves him, so she was really happy.
