Well, you've read the notes, the notes were stuffed, and now it is time for you to post until the stuffed cows come home.

Today, I'm sleepin in (all my noise making devices will be silenced!)!  My friend Margo and I are planning seeing a movie, but we haven't yet decided which movie.  I'm sure we'll dine either before or after it.  And that's today's plan.  Otherwise, while I'm home, I'll be watching TV and deleting things from my DVR.

I went back to bed after feeding the cats and slept for about 90 minutes.  I had some strange dream about my family and a chicken dinner.

Since I'm two hours behind my usual schedule, Annabelle's ready to patrol, so that's next on my agenda.

Thank yo George.   I had some coughing but not too bad, still I woke up for about 3 hours during the night.

I can't seem to find a sleeping position where my elbow doesn't hurt more.

How was Barefoot in the Park last night?  Well who am I to withhold such information, so I shall tell you.

The audience was great....the performances were fine....a few actors are stepping up and finally taking NOTES.

There was however an unexpected guest appearance.  I was sitting in the lobby watching the show on the monitor....as Act One was ending, I got up to open the front door so folks could step outside if they wished....

And in came a HUGE BLACK DOG.  She walked past me and into the theatre.....looking for her owner who had left her in the car with the windows open....

I followed her in.  I tried to get her to follow me back out....fortunately her owner was in the second row just inside the door....she jumped up and the dog followed her outside....

Much to the amusement of the audience....and myself if all things were to be known.

Live theatre....in a barn....in the country.  I am still perturbed that she would leave her dog in the car.....some people are crazy....

Thanks to the screwed up Manhattan Transit Authority, my errands that should have been accomplished in an hour took 90 minutes.  I waited over 20 minutes for a bus and then two showed up back to back.

I went to Petco and finished off DR Ginny's Christmas gift certificate in kitty treats and fresh wheat grass, which Thatch hasn't stopped eating since I returned.  Then I went to Broadway Farms and bought deli turkey for Thatch and fresh veggies and hummus for me.

She would have snubbed the audience and walked right up on the stage.

Mervyn LeRoy may not have been the world's greatest director, but he did make some wonderful films.

He was also a nice man; a second mentor to me.

The problems with GYPSY and MARY, MARY was casting, not direction.
