The only real glitches were the elevator doors...

The two guys behind the stage operating each door couldn't see each other, so they weren't coordinated to open and close each side at the same time.

And Brad's mic went out in the middle of the second act and wasn't able to be fixed, but the actor was able to project enough so that even up in the baIcony, I was able to hear most of what he said and sang.
