The plumber did not show up yesterday to repair the hot water leak, and I am am becoming quite disenchanted with our new super.

I watched the election returns until 10:30 and went to bed. The major defeat that bothers me is Beto O'Rourke's. I'd give plenty to see Ted Cruz put back for good under the rock from which he crawled.

A trick I learned is to wash the dishes with cold water then pour boiled hot water over them.
