We had been married about a month and a half when the moon landing and walk happened. I remember watching it with Keith. I remember thinking it was cool we were on the moon but not wowed by it as others were. I guess because I expected it.

The surprise was funny. The hostess took us to the back room for our reserved seating. It is mostly booths back there and one long table for large groups.

Of course I was expecting to be seated at a table and couldn't understand why she was taking us to the table. Suddenly I realized "I know these people". I am sure I looked rather stunned before I broke into a smile.

Um I wonder if someone gave him a clue that you were leaving. But seriously could he not see how over-worked you were? How much you did for him? Does he think that people should stay every night till 9pm for no extra pay?!?
