John, no matter how stupid he acts I will do everything I can to leave things absolutely pristine. It's not about him, it's about it my coworkers I leave behind who will be stuck trying to do a job none of them are trained for.

Also I want all the clients to see me doing the absolute best for them, it's a small world and you run into the same people over and over. When I leave if things fall apart I don't want anyone to say it was because of things I did incorrectly or left undone.

I woke up at 3:00, guess my nightly half Benadryl has stopped working. While I am not feeling better I am up to keeping my most important appointment of the week with the surgeon. Fingers crossed the x-rays look good.

Today I’m on to A Charlie Brown Christmas.

I’ve never played it, or even seen it except for the original TV show. But there’s no end of execrable amateur productions on YouTube to watch, and the score is all of twenty-three (count’em) pages long, so this will be a quick and dirty subbing job. I’ll observe how it’s played tonight with the trio (piano/bass/drums), then play it by myself for their preview tomorrow night. Hopefully it will be a Christmas miracle.

I love SOME LIKE IT HOT.....I first saw it on the ABC Sunday Night Movie.....which for some reason would show the credits at the END of the movie.

Last time I watched it - I looked to see who played the Bellboy because he was so funny - and I had never really paid him much attention....
