I love the foods my personal Chinese chef makes for me, especially his dumplings. This week, he made a stir-fry of chicken, shrimp and tofu with plenty of celery, jalapeños and ginger. Made me very happy.

I ignored Panda Express for years, then one rare day in the mall about a year ago I was hungry and decided it was time to try it. Had the Orange Chicken, and it was delicious. As was whatever I got to go with it, which I forget now. The Kung Pao is of interest for next time.

Every time I order the Kung Pao chicken, they say, "It's spicy with peanuts. Is that okay?" I guess they want to make sure that anyone with a peanut allergy knows that it's in there. I love it.

I am home from the reading. Around noon, I started feeling sick, and I left at the 2:00 lunch break. I feel bad leaving Joshie in the lurch, but he's run down from all the work to get this reading ready and he doesn't need to get sick.
