Leonard has had the worst day: first I put him in the carrier. It got worse from there.

Poor guy.  I hope he is recovering nicely.

Thursday evening greetings!  I went this afternoon to the library where my career began for the first Great Decisions discussion of 2019.  Who had a great group and learned a lot about global migration.

I brought Thatch home from his foster's apartment a day or two after his neutering.  He was so tiny at three months and so frightened.

Eight pages, so that's it until after rehearsal, when I'll try to do seven more.  I'm in a dialogue-heavy sequence, so it's moving along pretty quickly.

I found an old David Cassidy LP in the garage.  Thinking about selling it but don't have any idea what I'd ask. I just don't need this stuff anymore - too much of it and I know someone would treasure this.  Oh, it's not JUST a David Cassidy LP, it's a promo copy that he gave me on the ship while we were shooting what would be my final episode.  Oh, and that's not all - it has a rather amusing inscription from him to me - long and alluding to the two cast members everyone hated from the final season - they all thought they should have made me a regular - two people being Alan Bursky and Ricky Siegel.  So, anyone have any ideas?  I can put it on eBay, but there's a Cassidy page that someone added me to on Facebook and same with Instagram.

He is still woozy from the anesthesia. So we are wanting to keep him quiet for a couple more hours.

He can feel or act weird, just off and on, for up to a couple of days following the anesthesia. Keep an eye on him and don’t panic if he seems disoriented, doesn’t want to eat, throws up a meal, whatever. It’s all normal. (If you DO panic for any reason, of course call the vet.)

Fortunately the boys usually recover more quickly than the girls do.

We are waiting  for an ok to get off of the ship as there was a bit of a problem with a strong river current and we arrived late.

We were out at a wake tonight, the father of one of the Vixter's friends.  The girls gave been friends since they were about 8 or 9.  He was only 51, he died of the flu.

His widow suffers from a disease that causes blood circulation issues (I don't know the details) but she had to have her left leg amputated above  the knee about 2 years ago.

And now, it's time for me to leave work and eventually go home.  I went shopping last night, but I feel like I forgot something, but I just don't know what it is.  I hate it when that happens. :P

Anyway, be back later.

We are on our “Highlights of Saigon” tour waiting for the shoppers to rejoin the bus. We stopped at a factory  and saw them make eggshell designs, very pretty.

BK, I wish I knew where to direct you on the album. I know several women of a certain age who would love such a treasure, but what anyone would pay is beyond me.
