Been reading up on trademark law and I'm pretty certain I'm going to use the original title now. First off, who cares? So under the radar and how many copies do we actually sell? Second off, I'm not trying to confuse people into thinking it's an official book about the place, nor is it non-fiction. I've read enough now to think I should never have even brought this up, but someone who was helping me with details told me it was a trademark and I got nervous about it. Stupid me.
BK, is it just the name that's trademarked, or are you using their logo, like you did with
Levi where you just needed to make it look slightly different from the original but still have the same effect?
