So, I'm watching the seventh episode of Manifest, and I just realized that the main character's name is Benjamin Stone.  That can't be a coinkydink (even though no other character is named after a character in Follies).

;)

I thought the show you were watching was "Man fest".

Good evening.

Back from a DOLLY rehearsal, with nothing enlightening to report. No time or opportunity to broach the subject of a certain Galop.

Latest news:

We are, now, NOT going to see Merrily tomorrow. The weather forecasts are dire enough to keep reasonable people like ourselves off the roads completely. Happily, the person who got us the tickets says there's a process or two by which we can still use them, so they shan't be wasted and we'll get there later, hopefully in this very week.

Whew!  I know a couple of local theater groups that have had to cancel and reschedule shows this past weekend.

We have a plumber coming at 8:00 tomorrow to replace our on/off water valve.  Not only will he have to shut off our water but the water to the 2 units above us.

Too many of these valves in the buildings have broken and done damage so everyone is required to replace them.  For some strange reason some portion of this was installed behind the dry wall.  ::)

At the time, it was still snowing, but it looked like it was starting to change over to rain.

I couldn’t get to my car, because there was too much snow in the parking area.

I'm sure that there was on mine, too.  I know that there was more than a foot of snow in my backyard.

I got my tax refund deposited into my account today, even though my credit union was closed today.

Was there a noticeable difference in the amount that you got back this year?  There have been several reports about people getting much less than they have in previous years because of new tax rules.
