Sorry, I can’t go see the show tomorrow.  At 2:00 p.m I will be in day two of the great condo hunt.

You do what'cha gotta do.  Good luck!

Jane - well, this development solves some mysteries (but so strange that they all went to the same synagogue as one iff the attorneys.  That has to be a total coincidence):

how info was getting from this theater company in midtown NYC to my sister-in-law in NJ, and how the theater company knew details about me that weren't secret but which I knew I'd never had any reason to have shared publicly;

and recently, how Julie had info about my brother's family that I know I certainly never shared with her, as I had no need for her or anyone to have any "dirt" on my brother even when the Fred-Julie joint work was going well.  Julie had met Joann and my brother a few times,  as a friend of my brother's seemed to have encores tickets near Julie's ticket  for a while and they'd get that friend's tickets at times way back).  But the family detail had happened years ago, and it might have been of interest to Joann's lawyer - but how it got into Julie's very legal-reading  e-mail to me last April was so strange that wrote to  Julie if she'd been in touch with anyone in my brother's family - and she hadn't, she wrote back.

But if all had the same lawyer(s) drafting emails for them, the access to the info seems more direct.

It’s been a stressful week. My best friend from college lost his father, a wonderful man, this week.

Oh, no.  My condolences to your friend. :(

Got the blurb for the back cover of the new book.  I'll include it in the notes and then you'll know the title.

Cool!

I just watched the first ten minutes of a horrible movie and shut it off.  It involves a - now wait for it - high school girl who is a journalist for the school paper who has to solve a mystery.  No, I am not kidding here.  It's like a Lifetime movie - horribly directed and acted - but the fun part is the girl herself is so annoying in a "now" way that everything is simply irritating.  THAT is why I love my Adriana Hofstetter.

You're not the only one! ;D
