I've thought about moving my Momcave upstairs, but I'm less and less interested in climbing a lot of steps. We joke that, when the time comes, we'll just move our caregiver in up there.

Well, now, that's appropriate, because our housewarming gift to Rob and Mary Linda will be Grandma Palmer's piano (and the cost of moving it and having it tuned). We've enjoyed it for 20 years and it's time for it to have a new home.
