Robert Yacko asked if I'd come meet him at Jerry's, so I did that - just had a drink, no food, as I'm still uncomfortably full from lunch.  Now I'm back and listening to some music.  I'm sure I'll watch something at some point.

Well, Gonzaga is now dust.

Yep.  Texas Tech knocked my team out, too.

Now I’m pulling for Purdue...

Then we did lunch.

Lunch after looking at a condo sounds good.  Sorry though that you didn't love the condo.

The music was great....unfortunately some girl who just turned 30 had chosen the winery as the site for her party.....there were about 50 of her friends and family there being very loud and intoxicated, so the we couldn't hear the music very well.

One of the servers said they usually have about 15 people there on Saturday afternoon.....it was chaos.

But we all had a good time.....and as we were leaving, it started to snow!  Yes....snow!  So getting home was tricky.

But I am glad I went.  It is always nice to see my baby brother - or any of my siblings - doing something they love to do....and are good at......

DR John.  Now that I have listened to a short sample of the audio, "I Know Where the Crawdads Sing" I am extra curious to know your response.

I will start it in a couple of days. Got to get through Woman in the Window.

The galette tasted good. I wonder if it were a little too tart for people. I cut back on the sugar and the plums were a little less than ripe. I liked it.

Leftovers for dinner.

Chicken with onions and Liangfen-Chinese Noodles (heart-breaking jelly noodles), which are strange. They're like mung bean gelatin in a spicy sauce. Tradition says that if you eat them when you're sad, the spiciness of the dish will cause your sadness to go away because your focus will be on how spicy everything is. I'm not sad, but the dish honestly wasn't spicy enough to make me forget anything.

Do you know where your keys are?

Show had a decent opening. There was a glitch in the rotating 3-sided panels that necessitated leaving them in mirror position throughout the show. That should be corrected tomorrow. But for all the other complexities of first-time remote pit, etc., it went off well. It will only get better over the next two weekends.

I watched FRANTZ, a sensitively done film about two young men, one French, the other German, who each fight for their respective countries in WWI, and the German man's fiance. Very well done.
