I did around 15 or so years ago. I probably lost about 20 pounds but didn't love it. I'm a picky eater and at the time, I got it through Costco and couldn't pick and choose what I wanted to eat. Most of what they offered wasn't appealing to me, at all.

I know that things have changed, so it's probably a lot better now.

I didn't when I was young but now I can't sleep well on a full stomach.

So, at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts where I usher and work concessions, they instituted a policy that any regular concessionaire who wants to serve alcohol (beer and wine) has to have the Cast 12 Washington MAST Permit.

Ice cream is a good choice, but normally if I want to whip up a midnight snack, it would be scrambled eggs or a cheese omelet. Of course in the days when I was out and about and wanting a snack; you can’t beat four tacos from Jack-In-The-Box!
