BK asked:  Can people screen shot a Blu-ray?  It would be wonderful to have that shot.

I think it just requires plugging an external Blu-ray drive into the computer, then using BD-playing software that includes a snapshot or capture button.

Anybody know for sure?

I've been thinking of getting one to eventually be able to burn Blu-rays, but it's still on my "one of these days" list.

Patrol was a complete disaster.  When we left the apartment. Annabelle was ahead of me.  I said to her, wait for Daddy, before I turned to toss the garbage down the chute.  I stepped out of the trash closet, and she was gone!  I walked down the hall and she was nowhere in sight.  Did she go up the stairs or down?

And this began 15-30 minutes of terror/  I called her, and I could hear her answer from somewhere, but I couldn't place whjere the sound came from.  I walked up to five, calling for her.  I rodfe the elevator to each floor, calling for her.  Occasionally she would answer.  Since she has no sense of direction, I though I might find her trying to get intro 5C, 4C, or 2C.

A nice lady from 5B walked down the stairs and called out from each floor, not here.  One of the nice lesbian coup[le of five who owns the cute little dog Nola, helped me look.  When I called her I heard nothing/  I started to panic.  Then this rude young man who lives on four or five and is never friendly came dancing down the steps and out to the street, and I started worrying that he had done something like throw her down the garbage chute, so I ran to the chute and called her name down it.  Nothing.

I rode the elevator back up to five and walked down, checking each floor and calling.  When I almost got to three, she called me.  I went to my apartment hoping she'd be at the door.  She wasn't.  I turned to the elevator and I heard her again.  she was in the trash closet.  She must have followed me into it when I dumped the garbage and I locked her in.

Of course, as soon as she was out, she wanted to play tag and I had to chase her all over the third floor.

Did you Dymo them so posterity will know from whence they came?

I haven't had a Dymo label maker in many years, DR Jrand68. But I did still have an old wood burning kit, so I got that heated up and carved my Social Security number into each one. No name or anything, just a clever and - I think - subtle and playful clue for some diligent puzzle solver to employ when tracing the provenance of these lovely pieces. Don't you think that was a nice touch?

Wait, you didn't include your bank account numbers  too?    Canceling my trip to the thrift store

By noon I had the worst headache, so I took two Tylenol and lay down for a while.  Thatch joined me for a bit.  I'm now heading off to the market.

Had a telephonic call from Sami.  Can't talk about it yet, but it's good news and I guess I was a little helpful.

Easter afternoon greetings!  Richard and I went to church in Dayton and came home to prepare Easter dinner for our former housemates.  They’re due in about 10 minutes, with both cars.  They’ll load up odds ‘n’ ends and we’ll eat about 4.

Got a small amount of chicken enchiladas from Gelson's and some seafood salad, came home, ate it, and am now listening to music, after which I'll resume writing the commentary.  I got a third of the way through before I left.
