I also forgot to answer MR BK's question in the notes.

I have four televisions. Only one is connected to cable and Roku.

The other three have HD antennas. Two of them have the type that look like old rabbit ears. Good picture - but can be cumbersome to move around since you can't set them on top of the tv.

The other ONE has the bat wing type HD antenna - this one works fine and is much easier to move around if you need to in order to get a better picture.

Both install the same way....so either is fine - but for convenience, I would recommend the flat bat wing.

Thank you DR Elmore. I concur with DR Jane about sleeping elevated. I do this at least 50% of the time and it helps a lot with sinus congestion.
