My real estate agent hasn’t heard anything back from the Seller, other than acknowledging that they had received the paperwork.

And both of the b***hes from the mortgage company don’t see interested in explaining why my $6600 downpayment is now $8,500.

They did say that the Seller only agreed to pay $6,900 of the closing costs, so that I am responsible for the remainder.  But nobody wants to explain to me how much the remainder is!

Does the new offer expire after a certain date & time?

At work, we're having our parking lot resurfaced, so instead of adding to the parking problem, I decided to walk to work.
