Dear reader ChasSmith is going above and beyond on this - very grateful.  We have more options, though, including Gerrit overnighting his iPad here, in which case I would immediately take it to the authoring place and let them pull the damn video off.

I had my Trousdale grilled sandwich for lunch - that's it - plus a chocolate donut and ice cream on top of it just because I needed it.  But now I'm thinking about maybe another sandwich.

It was like the bell just rang itself , it only took Vixdad about 10 seconds to get to the door, there just wasn’t enough time for anyone to disappear
