I went to the Goodwill store and found a bunch of Opera LP's in sets....I asked the girl if they were 99 cents....like a single LP and she said....sure....so I got some of them...

Went to the bank to deposit some dough.....gas station.....and post office....

Now I won't have to go out much next week!

Condolences to DR ELMORE.....it's a killer....  I just assumed I would be all right and the doctors would get me through.  But things like this remind me everyday of what a bullet I dodged and how I am now living on borrowed time.

I am so very glad you dodged that bullet.

PICNIC went well last night.....so we shall see what happens tonight.

Annoying person Number One asked me Wednesday if I wanted to know what she liked about the show....so I said yes.

She said:  The music, and Madge's blue dress.

I wanted to say - "Well that made it a long night for you, didn't it?"

But I just didn't say anything.

Your appropriately kept to yourself comment is funny.

I got home from Cafe Frida around 10:15 and I was in bed by 10:30. Because I had had two margaritas, I wasn't sure what I could take, so I ended up taking a Tizanidine and a Tylenol with codeine, told the cats, I hope I see you tomorrow, and went to bed.

Did you sleep well?

Not at all.

Darn, but at least you were still here this morning.

Wow, Mr. Clown Beanie Man With the Blonde Beatle Wig definitely have mental issues.  I expect your throat clearing was to him like fingernails on a chalk board.

There is a man at the gym that drives us crazy.  Keith calls him the 1-1-3 man because that is what he shouts while doing exercises.  When I am on the end treadmill that I like the guy walks past me, not only in super slow speed but so close it is as if he is walking up to me.  It is extremely distracting plus he has they painful expression on his face while he slowly blows out air.  I have done arm stretches to distract him from getting so close to me but.  You would think arms going in & out at a fast space would get him to move to avoid being hit.  Nope, he just keeps coming.   >:(  ;D  I know, I should be tolerant & glad I am not him.

Great picture, Larry!  I have a couple of those kinds of pictures, too. ;)

JRand, who are these people in your audiences? They sound mentally feeble.

They've scheduled a table reading a week from now so the artistic directors can assess the situation - it was their call, they must deal with it, even if they like what they hear.  I think this person had badgered them for a long time about letting him do the play and they finally said okay - there are many reasons for that, including he reviews shows there.

As to BK's one for the books, let me just say that following those encounters a lesser person would have been driven to the bottle.

In today's post I got two different birthday cards of cats singing "Happy Birthday" from Rob Berman's mother Debby.  They made me laugh.

I spent several hours at the church while the roofers assessed a leak over the soundbooth. I hope they figured it out. While they worked, I vacuumed and steam-mopped the fellowship room, where I am hosting a group tonight. At the moment I have gluten-free cookies in the oven; when they are out, I will bake a bundt cake.
