In response to John's comments yesterday.
As a vegetarian it is difficult getting a balanced meal at restaurants. Mostly it is vegetable without protein. We rarely go to vegetarians restaurants and I am shocked they don't usually serve a good side of veggies.

DR George---I feel the same way about Ad Astra. I joined the AMC A-List (you can see 3 movies a week for $20 a month) so I've been seeing movies I wouldn't normally pay for.

Wednesday afternoon greetings! I have 3 days with no calendar commitments and I'm really enjoying the down time. There are plenty of things to do here at home, but it's nice not to have to dress up and be outta here.

Thank God! Annabelle is actually eating dinner with Stella and Thatch. She hasn't been eating and that's had me worried.

Piano is tunad. I have had a meal - fried chicken sandwich at nearby Jinky's Cafe - not great but good. Tiny bit of salad with it and the fry was very light.
