When we woke up Monday morning at home it it was 9:30 pm Sunday night. Since then we have only slept 3 hours for me, and 4 hours for Keith last night. We didn't even doze at all in-between.

Though I don't need gluten free as far as I know, when getting delivery, it seems the gluten-free stuff (at least in New York) gets made to order, nothing pre-prepared.

the whole Keto thing is kind of fun, although I guess the point is defeated if you don't mind portions at all.

It's been even more fun because it reminds many folks of Beto, whose diet on the campaign trail looks really bad for you, but I guess he works out like a demon or eats very little at each campaign stop.
