I loved him in those early Altman movies, including Images and McCabe and Mrs. Miller. Plus, he had that great, nasty tune in Coco, "Fiasco," which earned him a Tony.

I always remember when Star Trek: Deep Space Nine started, I remembered him from 'Benson,' but more from the Broadway cast album of Big River. I love that recording.
