TOD:

I liked both Leonardo and Brad in ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD.....

I didn't see anything else I liked - DOWNTON ABBEY was okay....

I was afraid of what MR BK said in the notes....and when I read about MARRIAGE STORY or whatever it is - I immediately thought of KRAMER VS KRAMER which I did NOT like at all....  And of course Adam Driver is the new Adrien Brody - sort of.....hard to look at.....

I kept thinking in BLACKKKLANSMAN - why did they keep having the original guy talk to the bad guys on the phone once they met the other guy in person?  Wouldn't the bad guys be expecting the OTHER guy's voice on the phone since they had talked to him in person?

DR TCB we have zero visibility here in Indiana, too, but it doesn't have anything to do with the weather.

Well, Joshie is in DC this week with My Fair Lady, and then he leaves for Christmas, so Mack & Mabel is on hold.

I am filled with corned beef hash (just the canned variety), two eggs over easy, two slices of toast, and some kind of frozen hash brown patties (something like the McDonald’s type) that are pretty good cooked in a skillet.

Bliss.

Tuesday morning greetings!  Yesterday, between the snowstorms, Richard and I did a major shopping at Kroger that took a lot of both time and money.  Probably not our last grocery trip before Christmas, but we could get through the holiday if we had to.

Sadly, I probably have to blow off getting to the Bedford Playhouse this evening for a showing of  Treasure of the Sierra Madre. The freezing rain isn’t even supposed to let up till around 6pm, and my own driveway may or may not be passable.

The triple birthday party Sunday evening was very nice, but made me realize just how very quiet life is here in our household.  There were 20 people, including 6 kids ranging in age from 4 to 15.

However, it was Rob's 3 adult female cousins who made the most noise, screaming when he and Mary Linda announced part 2 of their news:

They're expecting a baby!!!

I’m supposed to be at the keyboard doing work on this next show, but now that I know I’ve got the whole damned live long day at my disposal, I just can’t quite bring myself to lifting my ASS out of the recliner.

Yes, Richard and I will become grandparents around June 11.  We have known for a couple of months, but, of course, waited until they were ready to spread the news.

Hugs DR TCB and yes, if you could have the flu as the shot takes 2 weeks to be effective.

DR Jane, Thanks for your email.  I understand address issues too well.  I've got three address books and they need to be reconciled.  It's even worse with email addresses!

I don't understand why the connects between my computer & phone work sometimes & other times not.

I just called the doctor who gave me hip and knee injections in October for the second time in the past week about getting another round.  His assistant sucks at returning calls.

That is very annoying.

She just called me back!  I now need to call my HMO and find out if I need another referral or if the eralier one form October is still good.
