I've been trying to get to the car wash all week. I headed over there today, but the street construction, which has gone on for many months, was still in progress and the driveway to the car wash was blocked. Terrible for business. Rather than fight all the traffic to find another way in I moved on to Errand #2. But my car's tire pressure light went on, so I drove to a nearby gas station to put air in the tires. I did so, but the indicator stayed on. There's a tire store not far away, and I felt it was time for their expertise. They adjusted the pressures and said I needed two new tires. They had the size in stock, could do it right away, and the price was decent. I've been thinking it's time to put a little money into the car. I like the car, it's in good condition, and I've spent very little on repairs to date. But I'd forgotten it was due for new rear tires.
