I could go for a vixmom breakfast this morning.
Might have to rustle something up in a little while.
Today’s breakfast was eggs Benedict with thinly sliced ham fried up in a skillet in lieu of Canadian bacon. Accompanied of course by a nice hot pot of tea.
Today's brunch for me was my first attempt at making waffles in a couple of years. 
Here's the first attempt...and it's NOT scrambled eggs. It was supposed to be an actual waffle:
