So, it's supposed to "save" to that timeline but I don't see anything but last night's.  Anyone else???

But like I said last night, it was smooth and professional looking -- and sounding. Really nice. Let's hope it stays this way with more people and more variables involved.  :)

Yes. The sound was excellent. Loved the song.

Yes, I now know the problem re it not being on the timeline - Hartley was on the page and changed some settings - which is why it also didn't pop up in the left-hand corner as it should do, so she's gonna put everything back the way it was.  She was just playing with stuff to see what it would do.

Why it disappeared from YouTube for John is another story, as Hartley was watching it live there and it was fine right through to the end.

But that's the purpose of all the testing - to get the bugs out.  Another one tomorrow nacht.

Akhnaten sounds like something I would have enjoyed. Maybe it'll be on the PBS website.

I haven't seen it there, yet.

I saw it after it was over .  The only suggestion I have is to get the microphone closer to your mouth and further from the piano.  On my IPAd at least the piano drowned out your singing

In the video there were no glitches and it played smoothly all the way through

A Question for BK and anyone else:  have you ever had Schwan's Home Delivery?  They've been coming to my work since I started working there in the 1980s.  They're a little pricy, but not horribly so, and I've pretty much been quite satisfied with their food...especially their pizzas. :)

No, you're the only one I've ever heard mention Schwan's.

I just got my Schwan’s order delivered yesterday.  They have the greatest thermal delivery bags.

A couple of fun facts...the woman who plays Akhnaten's wife, J'Nai Bridges, made her Met debut in this opera, AND grew up in Tacoma, Washington!

Yes, but back then she was known as Narrows Bridges!

Pierce County Library says that my ebook loan will end on Thursday at 10:00, so instead they removed it today at 10;00 am.  WTF?

I was recording the opera Akhnaten from one of my DVRs onto my computer and I had to swap my DVRs.

I only had 3 chapters to go.

A couple of months ago, I misplaced my Kindle and had to use my older Kindle, and wait about 4 weeks before I was able to re-check out the book that I was reading.  I still haven't found that Kindle. :(
