I see Eric Schaeffer has resigned from Signature Theater in a scandal.

Now we are back from having our teeth cleaned.

Mine's tomorrow.  I have to call from the parking lot, then they'll let me know when I can come in.

I spent lunch painting my samples up on a shed out back. I only had time to do three. But they were my first choices and i still like them.

Can you see which looks the best with the brick they will be next to?  Did I remember correctly that there is brick they will be next to?

I’m painting over rust that is almost the color of the brick. That works.

I just had my first bona fide lie in the tub and soak for 30 minutes bath since my surgery.  It was wonderful.

On that last dreadful revival of Follies he was credited as director, but I was told by several leads that he did nada and that everything was done by choreographer Warren Carlyle.  He was a good schmoozer, and that's all I can say good about him.  He once dated a good friend of mine and broke up with him via email.  I believe every accusation.

I finished getting samples up, until it got too hot to stay outside. Turns out my three original choices are the best.

Picked up the battery cover thing and that's now in place.

Made Wacky Noodles and that's now in place in my stomach.

Fixed the two tracks and got one of the final two ensemble videos - so one to go and if I have to live without I can.

And that's been my day.  There's a package at the mail place but I'll get it tomorrow.

Here's what's in place in my stomach:

Three hot dogs charred on the grill:  two Chicago-ish (I didn't have every correct ingredient), and one with sauerkraut/onions/mustard.

Result:  I'm full now.

Went out and bought a Mexican special: Half a chicken, beef fajitas and a sausage, beans and rice, guac, corn tortillas. Enough for three meals. Price: $21.

All I could eat was the sausage and the rice. J.B. had a little chicken.

watching Coming Home.

I hadn't seen this movie since it appeared on TV back in the late 1970s. And I don't think I've ever seen it unedited. I didn't like it then, and I don't think it has aged all that well. At least the first hour is all cliche with good performances and a great soundtrack. When the movie leaves the words and settles into scenes of the vets playing basketball, it's much better.
