No DVD's, however, I wanted to take some cd's from my father's collection but my sister took them all when she locked me out of his place.

I was trying to fix lunch, but the breaker for both ovens tripped and they won’t start again.

DR George - thanks for a shot finally of the collage for your Dad. It looks wonderful, and like it was done with care and love.

To truly appreciate it I had to wait and view the photo on my computer.  I second Singdaw's comments.

My baby brother......has announced that he will be a grandfather late this year....for the first time.

His son Grant & his wife Linsie will be having a son.

They are having a drive by shower at the Park in Greencastle on Saturday.

Congratulations to your baby brother, and to you.

Jaston Williams of Greater Tuna fame is trying out a new, one-man Christmas show, Blood & Holly, at the Tobin in December. Should be a hoot.

The last episode of Conversations With Jack will be airing this week.

I am posting a link because it is an interview of ME!  And some Dear Reader may be curious about what I have to say.

I will say that I am wearing the WRONG shirt that makes me look even fatter than I am.....oh well.....

Very nice Jack :)

Here’s the description:

In his new one man show, Blood & Holly, Jaston Williams remembers Christmas in childhood as a warped hybrid of Toyland and Franco’s Spain. Meet the elderly sisters without any eyebrows, the house cat driven crazy by Christmas decorations and a gift list that includes rubber knives, moist towelettes and teeth. Known nationally as the co-author and co-star of the award-winning plays in the Greater Tuna cycle, Jaston Williams will leave you in stitches.

I knew Jaston and Joe Sears when they first did Greater Tuna in New York in the early 1980s.  They were both delightful.  When I was in production, Nov. 1991, with Babes In Toyland for the Houston Grand Opera, Joe and Jaston were performing Tuna Christmas in Houston and we all had apartments in the same building.  I haven't seen either of them since then.

DR Jane, when you say you can't find liquid soap that you can tolerate is this due to smell?

DR Jane if the soap is due to smell I also cannot use many soaps as the smell makes me sick. Two that I like a lot are Softsoap: milk and golden honey. And Softsoap:Vanilla and brown sugar.

Good afternoon. Just got through 2 Zoom classes with 6th and 7th grade from the pipe organ in the choir loft at the church.  I guess they went ok.  I'm a very good cheater when it comes to the organ, no one will ever know I've never had a proper lesson.  LOL

Speaking of lessons.  As a pianist, I'm sad to say that I've never learned a piano concerto.  I guess there's still time.  However, one of my favorite pieces for piano and orchestra (and chorus) is Beethovens Choral Fantasy.  I started working on the piano solo a long time ago, part of me would like to take the time to re-visit it at some point.

Mostly, and sensitivity on my skin to the ingredients.  I like the Method foam, but except for the coconut it is the smell that bothers me.  Keith is using the ones I don't like, and then I try to avoid him when he is washing his hands-lol

It is the same with hand sanitizers.  I do ok with Germ-X which I have been able to get again.

Oh, the bar soap is Yardley Oatmeal & almond soap.  I like both the feel and smell, though I preferred it before they added the almond.  The liquid version is impossible to get these days.
