Yesterday I sent the first 50 pages of the book to an agent who has handled other cat books.  I hope she "gets" it.

Good luck, Larry!

DR George - we tried Phase 10 again last night.  This time it went much, much better. But we found a need to go to bed before we had finished the last 3 phases.

In between phases is a good place to stop and restart.  Hope you like it!

I'm ignoring the Tony Award noms, and probably the Tony Awards as well.  Although, I did see Moulin Rouge and Jagged Little Pill - I just feel all of this is not necessary - or fair for that matter.

Yes, the Tony noms seem rather silly to me.

The Nominees......I was left off again.

I cannot believe that piece of crap Moulin Rouge is up for any awards. What a complete joke.

I thought Danny worked very hard to keep the audience unaware the show was no better than a toilet with plumbing issues.  He's deserved the Tony for being in better shows.

I have spent the last four hours dealing with the mess caused my the current Mac updates. That was more fun than Moulin Rouge. Don't get me started on Ms Olivo's nomination.  I can't even call it a performance.

I saw it on Broadway.  It was the afternoon after I landed from a red-eye from the west coast.  That's never a good thing, but I couldn't get in my room for a nap - which I'm pretty sure I took during part of the show.  I never liked the movie because I didn't really "get it" - and the stage show was no different.  I'm sure I saw Danny Burstein, but I couldn't tell you what role he was as I had a hard time following the story.  The set was beautiful - when I saw it, I had high hopes the show would be as well... not so much.

We just had a power outage that lasted for about five minutes. Now I get to reset my old-fashioned clock radio and the oven and microwave clocks.

Who do they think I am, anyway? BK?

About to have an e-cocktail hour with my family back East.

I have only the free Zoom account, so we're limited to 40-minute reunions.

Those damned upgrades once again destroyed my Mac, so I lost over two hours while it upgraded and froze, another 30 minutes dealing with one AppleCare person followed by 30 minutes watching the computer do nothing before I called AppleCare back, and another hour and a half while we rebuilt the desktop from the hard drive.  I lost nothing on the computer, thank God. just a lot of patience and wasted time.

That should tell you how bad the Percy Jackson musical must have been to have been ignored completely.

I had to upgrade my work laptop this week. It took 3 hours. And right after it finished, I got messages saying i need to upgrade some programs. It was a lost day.

I read that as Monstrous Minestrone. I guess I'm hungry.

I took time off yesterday to go vote. And a skyload of crap landed in my lap (Jerry Herman reference) in terms of work. There was so much to do that I couldn't get through yesterday's emails until after 5 p.m. And that's when I just logged out. No more for today.

A repairman was supposed to come today to fix a hole in the drywall behind the TV set. So, I moved everything out of the way. That included unhooking the TV set.

Then he texted this morning that he can't make it until Saturday. This is the third appointment he's made. I hope he makes it this time.
