Watched a movie and then had to make a show order and start writing the commentary. So, had to put aside project one for most of the day, although I did finish what I'd been working on and moved forward.

Listening to Szell do Mozart. I'll tell you what he does with this kind of music better than anyone else I've heard - he keeps it light and moving right along and it's so helpful. Same with his Haydn and Beethoven. I'm never going to love this music, but Szell makes the best case for it for me and somehow that kind of music sounds better in mono. I still have about five more mono albums and then we'll be into the stereo stuff. I've uploaded half the CDs - 53, and will upload more when I'm further into the set.

I left my sister's and went to my mom's and visited for a bit. I brought home a cake that she got on Friday from her friends that no one ate and she didn't want, so I'll take it to work tomorrow. It's a store-bought cake and it isn't even opened, so that's good.

I didn't know that Pete was on Midsomer Murders. That's pretty cool!
