The play is also available in paperback and Kindle editions. DR Jane was right - the benefit was tolerable online, and it was a stream, not a Zoom, so we needn't have dressed up.
It was to raise money for JFCS - Jewish Family and Children's Services. A worthy cause.
Just watched the first two videos on Alvin Ailey. All I want to do is dance. And they had some socially distanced pieces that you don't need a partner for. Plus, they have classes online, including zumba for people like me who need to start moving again.
And stop a bird from screaming in my ear, even though he's half a house away.
What's this? DR George shouldn't be up at this hour.
Here is the link to the Zoom ACC.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4PYdcj-Cy8Q&feature=youtu.beTonight at 7:30 p.m. ET. About 50 minutes. I give it a 5.5-6 out of 10.....technically it's fair.Best parts are the Ghost of Marley and the scary ghost at the end.... Scrooge does a nice job.....It is what it is.....
I tried putting a dinosaur in my gingerbread house, but this happened...
And now: a really cool bass.
And now for somethings completely alike and different. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjWTtfc4NfMandhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzvqnYN1c-o
I've been watching Scrooge this morning, because, well, I never miss an Alec Guinness musical.
Hi, Jane.
Saturday afternoon greetings! The good news: 2020’s first batch of caramel corn is about to come out of the oven and it smells delicious The bad news: our microwave died
Quote from: George on December 05, 2020, 11:37:28 PMHi, Jane.Hi George. I was "napping".
We have to attend an online charity event tonight. Because an in-law is a co-sponsor. Frankly, I am not enthused about having to shave, shower, and dress up. But duty calls. It could be worse: I avoid in-person events like this like the plague.
We had our church zoom party. I didn't realize there was a prize for the gingerbread houses. I won a $50 Visa gift card. Nice.
