Well, I went to work, but didn't actually do much work, so it was really just to get out of the house. I had a receipt survey coupon to get a free crispy chicken sandwich and as simple as it was, I thought it was better than the Chick-fil-A sandwich that I had last night...cheaper, too.  Free is good!  Actually, I just had to buy a drink to get the free sandwich, but I also got a small side of mashed potatoes.  Simple but good enough for me.

I have read that post three times and I still can’t tell where You got the FREE sandwich.

After my mashed potatoes (even though I had mashed potatoes earlier today from KFC), I set up my computer to record The Christmas Setup that was on Lifetime tonight.

I love peanut butter cookies and I don't think I've ever had a bad one.

I'm with you. Even ones that were slightly burnt ended up in my belly.

I prefer them well done.  As with all things I am somewhat choosy about which ones I prefer.

I watched the first half of The Birds and will save act two.  Right now, continuing on with Madama Butterfly after having attended the little cast party thing.

The tree topper needs to be redone. You can hardly tell with those lights there, but it's a Doctor Who Weeping Angel. She needs to be lowered a bit, and we'll get rid of those lights which don't help any.

That's pretty cool about the Weeping Angel tree toper!  I'd read that the new Doctor Who season is going to feature the Weeping Angels again.

Is the chandelier part of the tree?

I've been getting some made-to-be-eaten-raw cookie dough and have just been eating that.

I haven't tried the Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Edible Cookie Dough, yet, but I do like the Kroger® Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.  The Nestle Toll House Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Monster Edible Cookie Dough wasn't great.

Oh!  I forgot to mention in my original post that the free chicken sandwich was from KFC, formerly known as Kentucky Fried Chicken.  Dopey me!

I also tried Simple Truth™ Plant Based Chocolate Truffle Brownie Batter.  I liked that it was in a small container (the whole thing is just under 4 ounces), but the chocolate flavor was just too rich.

In the refrigerated section with pie crusts and the like.  In Tumwater, it's in the same refrigerated aisle with all the yogurts.

I eat it like ice cream...just with a spoon out of the container.

But the cookie dough does have more calories per ounce than ice cream.

For some ice cream that I have right now, a serving is 2/3 cup and about 170-210 calories.

A cookie dough serving is two tablespoons at about 140 calories.
