Maybe I'll reveal the book title and cover in tomorrow's notes - maybe I just damn well will.

I saw an article about how all the social distancing has meant that this winter's flu season has been significantly lighter. Makes sense.

I haven’t even  had a cold in over a year...

A few times I felt like I was getting a cold and it turned out to be allergies.

The problem with me is that I think I always have symptoms of everything. I thought I had the vaccine symptoms last Friday before taking the shot.

Did you sign up for the CDC to record your side effects?

I note my migraine as a side effect as it was worse than they normally are.  There is no way for me to be sure.

So, I get a little e-mail from an Indiegogo contributor for The Creature, who's complaining he's never received an e-mail nor his DVD. So, I write back saying it's obviously lost, but before I send I go and check to make sure he was on the DVD list of people who took those various perks. He wasn't. So, maybe I missed it, even though I was VERY careful. So, I go to the campaign and look him up and he took the $75 thank you in the booklet perk:

Thank you in DVD booklet perk
$75 USD
For this perk, you get your very own name under the thank you section of the DVD booklet and you also get our undying gratitude forever and ever.
Included Items
Thank you in DVD booklet perk

Do you see anything there about that it also includes the DVD? I don't. I clarified and sent off the response.

I didn't sign up for the CDC side effects. I'm sure they're similar for everyone, whether none at all, mild, or the worst, which seems to be after the second shot where a few people complain about aches and flu-like symptoms that are gone in a day. But then I read others who say they had zero.

It is for them to track the reported side effects.  You can opt out at any time, or just ignore the text that will expire.

Zooming in one hour. Then I'm definitely sitting on my couch like so much fish and will put on something to watch and perhaps doze off to.

On this day in 1979, Sweeney Todd premiered on Broadway at the Uris Theater.

BK, how much better is the sound of Unpublished Cole Porter Vol. 2? That one was always wobbly, IMO. I know you can't get Karren Morrow to do a retake when her voice goes into a little static, I think that was on "I Know It's Not Meant for Me." But otherwise?

Somebody on Facebook posted a recording of the opening night of On the Twentieth Century, the night Madeline Kahn performed and was then fired. The few clips I've listened to so far are wonderful. Cullum's performance of The Legacy is outrageously good.
