Inspired by DR John G., I watched No Way to Treat a Lady for the first time the other night.

Now I want to listed to that cast album again.

Tonight is the Cole Porter revue. It’s outdoors, which would be nice, except March is leaving like a lion. Winds ate supposed to be exceptionally strong and temps may be in the 50s.

Is there a possible raincheck date?

I'm waiting to hear from Suad, so I'm in a holding pattern and hate it.  I sent a message as well to the Dept of Labor and I wait on a reply as well.

Yesterday they said it was supposed to rain pretty much all day today, and now that today is here, they're saying it'll start late this afternoon. I guess I'll believe it when I see it.

Meanwhile, I had planned on spending the day indoors doing mostly musical work, and that plan shall be carried out.

Sorry I didn't respond about the first editions. I'm not really a collector in that way.

I never got started on those, either. When it came to plays and musicals, I always tended to take whatever kind of copy came my way, and never made it a collectible thing.

BK mentioned the possibility of keeping the chat function turned off for the one-time showing on Saturday.

That gets my vote and my complete approval.

Watch without distraction, and save those bon mots for the after partay, says I. In fact, I'm planning on doing just that. It's a mystery. I want to enjoy concentrating on the mystery and join in the fun afterwards.

DR TCB yes, the Gonzaga game was great.  I don't see how any of the other teams can beat them.

The UCLA/MICHIGAN game was more of a contest - but I was happy with the outcome.

Two Texas teams - Houston & Baylor - the final four....and GONZAGA & UCLA.....so there you are.  Put your money down.

And I used my copies, writing in margins, so a paperback copy was fine.

Oh, well, at least I won’t be distracted by March Madness (in April) while spending Easter weekend with Charlotte.

I know DR GINNY.....I thought of you.  The last few minutes really seemed like two teams who DIDN'T want to win were playing.....so many missed shots, so many mistakes on both sides.

My question for ASK BK DAY:

Which of Delmer Daves' soap opera spectaculars is your favorite?

I like his westerns better, but I'm a big fan and I like A Summer Place best of the soaps.

I'm up, I'm up - almost seven hours of sleep but constantly waking up from the same dream that seemed to be on a loop - weird.
