ZERO carbs, and makes the best scrambled eggs ever. And use plenty of butter, also zero carbs.

Heavy cream, or whipping cream if they don't have heavy. Carbs should still be listed as 0 or <1.

I stopped using butter & just use a wee bit of olive oil.
