I've had fast food mix-ups but I can't think of any in particular to relate.
This was Popeye's, right? We have, over the past year, brought home a number of Popeye's orders, and they have indeed left things out or substituted something or what not. Sometimes they'll say "oh we were out of that so we gave you [whatever] instead", but that's after we've called them on it or gone through the line again. Why doesn't that notification happen while they're preparing the order? Huh? I ask you.
